Burnout coaching for a working week you can sustain
Book a CallBurnout coaching is practical support for changing the work patterns and demands that have become difficult to sustain. I help you examine workload, priorities, boundaries, and the conversations needed to make changes. We focus on realistic next steps in your working life. Coaching is not therapy or medical care.
Your calendar may be full of commitments you made when you had more to give. Now even a small request can feel like one thing too many.
You know something needs to change. Working out what to reduce, how to say it, and what the consequences might be can feel like another job.
I help you work through those choices, one real situation at a time.
Sometimes the starting point is clear: too many meetings, too many responsibilities, or an expectation that you will always be available. Sometimes you need help putting that into words.
You might want to:
We work with the constraints you actually face, including income, responsibilities, and how much authority you have to change things.
Look at the week as it is. We start with what takes your time and attention. We distinguish fixed responsibilities from expectations that might be questioned or renegotiated.
Choose one useful change. I help you make it specific enough to act on. “Set better boundaries” might become a conversation about which two priorities come first and which work will wait.
Prepare for the difficult part. We look at what you want to say, what response you expect, and what options remain if the first request is refused.
Review and adjust. We discuss what happened when you tried it. The next step should fit what you have learned and what is manageable now.
A clearer agreement about your workload. An evening when you are no longer expected to reply. A decision about which responsibility you will hand back.
These are examples of changes we might work towards, not promised results. We agree what would make a meaningful difference for you.
Some workplaces make reasonable changes difficult. Coaching can help you clarify your choices and prepare conversations, but it cannot make an employer agree or make an unsustainable workload sustainable by itself.
Coaching may fit when you want help making practical changes to your working life and have enough room to try them. We focus on choices, conversations, and actions you can review.
Therapy may be a better fit when you need space for the emotional experience underneath the work: persistent internal pressure, difficulty resting, or personal patterns that reach beyond your job. My burnout recovery page explains that separate therapeutic approach.
You do not have to decide which kind of support fits before we speak. If exhaustion is severe, ongoing, or affecting daily life, seek appropriate healthcare advice as well; coaching cannot assess its cause.

You do not need to arrive with a plan. Start with the part of your working week that has become hardest to keep doing.
