Nature of Services (Non-Medical)

The services provided by Alex Zah are exclusively based on the methodology of Gestalt Therapy and humanistic development. These services are not medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological treatments.

While I hold professional training and qualifications in Gestalt therapy, my practice in Spain is not regulated as a health profession (profesión sanitaria). Under no condition are these services to be construed as medical mental health treatment.

The scope of my practice does not include:

• The assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health disorders.
• Prescription of medication.
• Issuance of medical reports for legal or insurance purposes.

If you require a clinical diagnosis or medical treatment for a mental health condition, you must consult a physician, psychiatrist, or a Psicólogo General Sanitario.

Professional Distinction & Regulatory Status

While I maintain professional training and adhere to the ethical codes of my certifying bodies, my services in Spain are conditioned by local regulations.

It is important to understand:

• I am not a doctor or psychiatrist.
• I do not operate as a "Psicólogo General Sanitario" (General Health Psychologist) within the Spanish National Health System.
• My work is non-clinical. It focuses on personal development, emotional awareness, and conflict resolution through the Gestalt methodology.

Any reference to "therapy" or "therapeutic work" on this website refers strictly to this humanistic, non-medical context. My practice does not replace necessary medical care for pathological conditions.

This practice is not equipped for crisis intervention or emergency psychiatric care. I cannot provide support for individuals currently at risk of harm to themselves or others.

• Outcomes are not guaranteed. Gestalt work is an explorative process that depends heavily on your active participation and willingness to engage with the material.
