Privacy Policy for Freeze Protocol
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Freeze Protocol funnel, purchase the product, or use the app.
The Freeze Protocol app is designed to be privacy-first. Entries you type into the app are intended to stay on your device and are not copied to a Freeze Protocol server account.
1. Information You Provide
When you buy a product, payment and delivery systems may collect your name, email address, payment details, billing country, order contents, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not directly by Alex Zah / CWDS OU.
2. Local App Data
Freeze Protocol may store app entries, history, or settings locally on your device so the tool can function. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or deleting local storage may remove that information.
3. Analytics and Advertising
The funnel may use analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, checkout behavior, and ad performance. These tools may use cookies, pixels, device data, browser data, and page activity.
Server-side advertising measurement (Meta Conversions API): Alongside the browser-based Meta Pixel above, after a successful purchase we send a server-to-server event to Meta's Conversions API (CAPI). This event includes the order amount, currency, product identifiers, your IP address, and the _fbp/_fbc cookies Meta set in your browser. If you accepted marketing cookies in our consent banner (or, where you are outside the EU/EEA/UK/Canada and no banner was required, by default under applicable local law), the event also includes a SHA-256 hashed version of your email and an internal customer reference. We never send your email in plain text. Both browser and server events share an event_id so Meta deduplicates them and counts the purchase only once. If you declined marketing cookies, the server event is sent without your hashed email or customer reference.
4. Service Providers
We may use service providers for checkout, payments, analytics, email delivery, access delivery, hosting, and support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
5. Email
If you purchase or request access, your email may be used to deliver the product, send receipts, provide support, and send product-related follow-up messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe link is provided.
6. Cookies
The site may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, and site functionality. Your browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies.
7. No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising platforms may process event data for measurement and ad delivery according to their own terms and settings.
8. Data Retention
Order and support records may be kept as needed for accounting, legal, tax, fraud prevention, customer support, and business records. Local app data remains under your control on your device.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Contact us through alexzah.com to make a request.
10. Advertising Disclaimer
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
