Product Terms for Freeze Protocol
These terms apply to your purchase and use of Freeze Protocol and related order bumps, one-click upsells, downsells, and access pages sold by Alex Zah / CWDS OU.
Freeze Protocol is a self-guided educational and coaching tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis care, addiction treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
1. What You Get
Your purchase gives you personal access to the digital product shown at checkout. Depending on your order, this may include Freeze Protocol, Quiet Mode, First-Step Scripts, NerveWindow, NerveWindow Pro, or Craving Override Protocol.
2. Personal Use License
Your access is for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, copy, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the app, exercises, scripts, screens, or written materials without written permission.
3. Payments and Access
Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers shown at checkout. Access is normally delivered immediately after successful payment. If a technical issue blocks access, contact support with the email used at checkout.
4. Refunds
Unless a checkout page says otherwise, Freeze Protocol purchases include a 30-day refund window. Refunds return access to the purchased product and any included bonuses or upgrades. Payment processors may take additional time to return funds.
5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Individual results vary. Freeze Protocol is designed to support the first step of a task, but it does not guarantee productivity, income, business results, health outcomes, emotional outcomes, or personal transformation.
6. Health and Safety
Do not use this product as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, experiencing severe symptoms, withdrawal, addiction risk, or medical distress, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
