Is this therapy? Will it replace therapy?

No. The Business Spark Protocol is a self-guided reflection tool, not therapy. The prompts are drawn from techniques I use in coaching, but it doesn't replace a licensed professional. If you're working through serious depression, burnout, or trauma, please work with someone in person.

What it does do is give you a structured 7 minutes you can use on your own, every morning, to surface what the work is actually for.

I already journal. How is this different?

Open journaling is "write whatever comes." It's powerful and it's also why most people quit by week two — the blank page is heavy when the thing you're avoiding is the inside of your own head.

This is structured. Each module asks one specific question, in a specific order, with a specific output. The output is always the same: one concrete spark, on your calendar, before you close the app. No blank pages.
