2. NATURE OF SERVICES (CRITICAL NOTICE)

The services provided through this Website are exclusively Online Personal Development Consulting and Educational Content (eBooks, courses).

Not Medical Care: The Service Provider is a Gestalt therapist. However, the services offered through this Website are coaching, consulting, and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological treatment.
Location of Services: Regardless of the physical location of the Provider (who may travel as a Digital Nomad), you acknowledge and agree that all services are legally deemed to be performed from the Provider’s registered seat in Estonia.
In-Person Restriction: In-person therapy sessions in Spain are currently unavailable/waitlist only. Spanish residents may currently only access online consulting services.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUND POLICY

Digital Downloads (eBooks/Courses): For the purchase of digital content, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately. Therefore, in accordance with EU Consumer Law, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (refund) once the download or access has started.
Online Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access certain features (newsletters, purchases), you may be required to provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. CWDS OÜ reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive or suspected of fraudulent activity.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website (including texts, branding, methodology descriptions, and digital products) is the exclusive property of CWDS OÜ or Alex Zah. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.

User Contributions: If you submit ideas or feedback, you grant CWDS OÜ the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the Services.
Distribute viruses or harmful code.

CWDS OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
