The Freedom Paradox

"I can go anywhere... but I can't land."

The lifestyle sells a dream of infinite choice. But the reality often feels like a cage of its own making.

You might feel "paralyzed by freedom"—having everything, yet feeling like you have nothing solid to hold onto. You move through beautiful cities, watching sunsets and working from cafes, but sometimes it feels like you are watching a movie of your life instead of living it.

I understand this because I lived it. I spent years as a Digital Nomad, working across more than 24 countries. I know the specific exhaustion of constantly restarting, the difficulty of maintaining routines, and the loneliness that hides behind the freedom.

The constant movement makes it hard to stop running long enough to feel what is actually happening. My practice is the place where you finally stop running.

Digital Nomad Working
Our Focus

From Running to Arriving

Gestalt Therapy targets the exact mechanisms that keep nomads stuck: the unfinished cycles of grief, loneliness, and avoidance that follow you from city to city.

Connection without Belonging

So much social contact, so little real support. We work to break the adaptive independence—"Why open my heart if I'm leaving?"—and build your capacity for lasting, safe connection.

An Inner Home

Gestalt brings you back to the present—into your body and your real needs. We stop the "survival mode" of constantly planning the next move and help you find a sense of safety that travels with you.

Identity Stability

When you strip away the new countries and business metrics, who are you? We work on identity not as a performance, but as a grounded reality. So you can be you wherever you are.

Online Therapy FAQ

I stay in hostels/Airbnbs. How do I find privacy?
This is a real logistical challenge. Many of my clients schedule sessions during "quiet hours" or book a private meeting room in a coworking space for one hour a week. We can discuss creative solutions, but finding a space where you feel safe to speak freely is the first step in prioritizing yourself.
Does online Gestalt work as well as in-person?
Absolutely. While we are not in the same room, we are in the same "field." I pay close attention to your voice, breath, and micro-expressions via HD video. For nomads, the screen actually provides a vital "constant"—a window of stability that looks the same whether you are in Bali or Berlin.
I move constantly. Do I need a fixed slot?
Yes. The instability of the nomad lifestyle requires a stable therapeutic container to be effective. Having a recurring weekly time (e.g., Tuesdays at 16:00 Madrid time) creates the "roots" that you are likely missing in the rest of your life. It becomes the one fixed point in your week.
Can I expense this to my business?
I provide formal EU invoices. Since we often work on blocks related to performance, leadership, and burnout, many entrepreneur clients expense these sessions as "Professional Coaching" or "Consulting," depending on the nature of our work and your local tax laws.
Will therapy make me lose my drive to travel?
No. Grounding doesn't mean stopping. It means traveling because you *want* to, not because you are *running away*. The goal is to help you enjoy the journey more deeply, rather than using it as a numbing mechanism.
