Gestalt training and supervision
My therapeutic work is grounded in advanced Gestalt training through the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia, an EAGT-accredited program, and held with supervision as part of ongoing professional development.
My transition from high-performance marketing to Gestalt therapy, and why regulation, presence, and relationship matter.
For 12 years, my life was measured in metrics. I managed millions in ad spend, built businesses, and traveled to over 20 countries as a digital nomad. On paper, I had "made it."
But inside, I wasn't running toward something—I was running away.
I wasn't just "stressed." I was in deep pain. I felt a rooted isolation that no amount of travel could fix. I made choices from a place of survival—people-pleasing, choosing the wrong relationships, enduring heartbreaks, and living far away from family. I was successful, but I was numb.
I spent years in therapy. I tried different approaches, coaches, and strategies. They helped me understand why I was in pain, but they didn't stop the pain.
Then I found Gestalt. It wasn't about analyzing my past; it was about feeling my present. After a few months, something shifted. I remember drinking a cup of coffee and realizing it tasted different. The same coffee, the same life, but suddenly, the world felt vivid again.
My therapist explained: "When you learn to stay with what’s here—safely—your system reorganizes. You make space for life."
This page is personal, but the work is not improvised. It is shaped by Gestalt training, coaching education, business experience, supervision, and the reality of working with international clients in Valencia and online.

Before this work, I spent 12 years inside marketing, entrepreneurship, digital products, and high-performance environments. That background helps me understand pressure without reducing you to your work.
I work in English and Russian with expats, founders, digital nomads, and professionals who need a steady therapeutic process in Valencia or online when life is split across countries.
This is a private Gestalt-based therapeutic process, not emergency or psychiatric care. If another kind of support is needed, I will say that clearly and help you think through the appropriate next step.
The desire to work with people was always inside me, but I was scared. I told myself, "You cannot make a living just by supporting this kind of deep human work." So I chose marketing. I chose the "smart" path.
But you cannot deny who you are forever. Today, I bridge the gap. I use my 12 years of business experience to understand the pressure you are under, and a therapeutic approach rooted in Gestalt to support more regulation, contact, and integration.

"You do not need to be 'fixed.' You need to be witnessed. The parts of you that you are trying to hide—your fear, your exhaustion, your anger—are not enemies. They are the keys to your vitality. When we stop fighting them, energy and choice can become more available."
