From Performance to Presence.
My transition from high-performance marketing to clinical psychotherapy—and why I believe healing is the ultimate strategy.
The Day I Stopped Running.
For 12 years, my life was measured in metrics. I managed millions in ad spend, built businesses, and traveled to over 20 countries as a digital nomad. On paper, I had "made it."
But inside, I wasn't running toward something—I was running away.
I wasn't just "stressed." I was in deep pain. I felt a rooted isolation that no amount of travel could fix. I made choices from a place of survival—people-pleasing, choosing the wrong relationships, enduring heartbreaks, and living far away from family. I was successful, but I was numb.
When the Color Came Back.
I spent years in therapy. I tried different approaches, coaches, and strategies. They helped me understand why I was in pain, but they didn't stop the pain.
Then I found Gestalt. It wasn't about analyzing my past; it was about feeling my present. After a few months, something shifted. I remember drinking a cup of coffee and realizing it tasted different. The same coffee, the same life, but suddenly, the world felt vivid again.
My therapist explained: "When you clear the trauma rooted deep inside, you clean from the inside out. You make space for life."
Why I Do This Work
The desire to work with people was always inside me, but I was scared. I told myself, "You can't make a living just by helping people heal." So I chose marketing. I chose the "smart" path.
But you cannot deny who you are forever. Today, I bridge the gap. I use my 12 years of business experience to understand the pressure you are under, and my clinical training to help you heal the nervous system that bears that weight.
"You do not need to be 'fixed.' You need to be witnessed. The parts of you that you are trying to hide—your fear, your exhaustion, your anger—are not enemies. They are the keys to your vitality. When we stop fighting them, we get our energy back."
