Integrative Gestalt Therapy & Coaching

The Methodology: First We Heal. Then We Build.

Strategy doesn’t hold when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. My approach starts with regulation and integration through Gestalt therapy, then uses coaching and neuroscience tools as precision support for clarity, decisions, and sustainable performance.

The Gap: Why Strategy Alone Isn’t Enough.

Standard coaching often fails when it applies strategy on top of a dysregulated system. There is no point in setting goals if your nervous system can’t downshift out of survival mode.

Conversely, pure therapy can sometimes feel directionless for high-achievers looking for Therapy for Founders. You heal, but you don't necessarily know how to build.

I bridge this gap. Gestalt is the core—the heart of the practice. We build regulation and integration first. Then we use Ontological Coaching and neuroscience-informed tools to sharpen choices, update patterns, and support performance without self-override.

Structure and Clarity

The Hierarchy: How We Work.

We don't mix everything at once. We follow a specific sequence to ensure lasting change.

Phase 1

Step 1: Gestalt Therapy (The Foundation)

Gestalt forms the therapeutic foundation. We move beyond intellectual analysis to work directly with present-moment awareness—tracking body signals, emotions, and how you navigate contact. This process focuses on safely identifying and integrating patterns of tension, avoidance, or numbing as they arise. The priority is establishing regulation and emotional capacity—creating a stable internal ground before we apply external pressure.

Phase 2

Step 2: Ontological Coaching (The Shift)

We move beyond simple mindset shifts into the "Science of Being." By shifting the "Observer" that you are, we reveal the invisible frameworks constructing your reality, making new possibilities accessible that were previously out of reach.

Phase 3

Step 3: The Lefkoe Method (The Scalpel)

A surgical tool for the logical mind. We use a structured script to identify and dissolve specific limiting beliefs (like "I'm not enough") that resist standard therapy.

Phase 4

Step 4: Brain-Based Coaching (Optimization)

This phase is distinct from therapy and focuses on optimization. Once we have established a regulated baseline, we utilize neuroscience-informed frameworks to refine executive function, energy management, and workflow. We shift from deep inquiry to practical architecture—designing habits and structures that support sustainable performance.

Methodology FAQ.

Do I need to be an "entrepreneur" for this?
No. While I specialize in the mindset of high-performers, the human nervous system is the same for everyone. If you are committed to deep self-inquiry and integration, this method applies to you.
What is the "Lefkoe Method"?
The Lefkoe Method is a structured cognitive process designed to identify and "unlearn" limiting beliefs formed in childhood. It is a very structured, logical "script" that loosens the conclusions holding a belief in place. It works best for logical people with specific, stubborn blocks.
Why don't you start with coaching?
Because coaching works best when your system has enough regulation to apply it. If you’re running on chronic survival mode—pushing, overthinking, numbing—more strategy can add pressure. We stabilize the foundation first, then build habits and strategy from a steadier place.
How long does the process take?
Regulation and integration take time. While every individual is unique, most clients begin to feel clear shifts in regulation and day-to-day capacity within 3 to 6 months of consistent Gestalt work. The subsequent coaching phases often move faster once this foundation is secure.
Is this effective online?
Yes. 90% of my practice is conducted via secure video. Gestalt therapy relies heavily on present-moment awareness, voice tone, and facial expression—all of which translates well through video. You do not need to be in the same room to do body-based awareness and present-moment work.
